How Virtual Visits Work at Vida Telehealth:
A Personalized Approach
When you schedule an appointment, you'll complete mental health questionnaires that screen for anxiety, depression, and ADHD. Before our visit, I review your responses to guide our conversation. During our time together, we’ll discuss your story, symptoms, past treatments, and medical history. We’ll work to reach a diagnosis and create a treatment plan together. I’ll prescribe medication, if needed, provide education, and offer additional resources for ongoing support.

How does a virtual visit work?
Virtual visits are timely, convenient, and accessible, while also helping prevent the spread of illness.
Here, we prioritize your time—no rushed or impersonal appointments. We collaborate closely with you to achieve your wellness goals.

Tests & Bloodwork: If needed, lab work (blood tests, self-swabs, flu, or strep tests) can be sent to your local lab like LabCorp or Quest. Imaging studies such as X-rays or ultrasounds can be ordered at your nearby radiology center. You may use your insurance to cover these tests.
Medications: If prescription medication is recommended, it will be sent electronically to your preferred pharmacy, with insurance to help cover costs.
While we cannot perform physical exams, pap smears, or procedures virtually, your local clinicians are here to assist with these in-office tests when necessary.
