    We connect via video through your computer, phone, or tablet.

    Research indicates that virtual care is equally effective compared to in-person visits, offering added convenience. No need to commute across town or endure crowded waiting rooms!

    ++ With “Out Of Network” reimbursements, you may be reimbursed a little or a lot of your visit cost depending on your insurance and insurance plan. We will assist you in submitting your bill to your insurance. You will be provided a “superbill” or invoice from your visit.

    Flexible Spending Account/Health Savings Account funds may be used.

  • Individual Visit:

    * New Patient Visits: $150

    * Follow Up Visits: $80

    Weight Loss and Management Program:

    We'll meet every two weeks during months 1-6. We will meet monthly for months 7-12.

    You can use your insurance or pay a self pay rate.

    * Motivation-Phase 1: Months 1-3: 6 Visits $150 each Up to 1 Hour Visits

    * Mindset-Phase 2: Months 4-6: 6 Visits $ 100 each Up to 45 Min Visits

    * Monitor-Phase 3: Months 7-12: 6 Visits. $ 80 Up to 30 Min visits

    Meal replacement products are not included in the cost.

    There may be additional cost for lab work and medications. Lab work and medications will be ordered through your insurance or ordered In a cost effective way.

    For blood work or imaging, we will send you to a convenient local facility that accepts your insurance or that Is cost effective for you.

    The total cost of your medication will be determined by your insurance coverage or coupons used.

    All visit services may be eligible for out-of-network insurance coverage if we do not currently accept your insurance. We will help you submit your bill to your insurance for reimbursement. Depending on your insurance reimbursement may be a lot or a little, depending on their rules.

    We order your lab work, other testing and medications through your insurance or to a cost effective location for you.

    For bloodwork or imaging, we will send you to a convenient local facility that accepts your insurance or cost effective for you.

    The total cost of your medication will be determined by your insurance coverage or coupons used for self pay.

  • For healthcare services without using your insurance or without having insurance, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any health care or services upon request or when scheduling such services. This includes related costs like appointment visits, medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, or other fees.

    Make sure your healthcare provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service. You can also ask for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule.

    If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

  • Missed appointments will be charged a $50 fee.

  • No, but we do screen for bipolar at many of our visits. If you are looking for treatment of bipolar, we can refer you to other mental health providers that do.

  • We prescribe stimulants to some of our ADHD or weight loss patients. We do NOT prescribe any controlled substances such as benzodiazepines (Valium, Xanax, Ativan) or opioids.
