  • It’s totally normal to experience the ups and down of life but sometimes it’s hard to know if what you are experiencing Is normal or if you should seek help.

    Here are some signs you might need to speak with a medical provider.

    * Symptoms persist for two weeks or more

    * Symptoms interfere with your daily functioning and avoiding socialization

    * You are having trouble sleeping, low appetite or little Interest In your hobbies

  • No, just adults 18 years or older. If you need help finding mental health treatment for issues such as depression, anxiety or ADHD for your child, I can help you find a medical provider.

  • While we screen for bipolar at our mental health visits, we do not treat bipolar. If you need help finding a mental health provider who does treat bipolar, I can assist you in finding a medical provider.

  • At Vida Telehealth, we have a thorough process for diagnosing and treating ADHD. Before your first appointment, you will complete a set of questionnaires we send to your email.

    At your first appointment, we’ll spend about an hour getting to know you. Hearing about your experiences with ADHD symptoms. Helping you understand the symptoms of ADHD. We also asses for other conditions such as depression, anxiety, and binge eating disorder

    At our second visit, we will continue the ADHD evaluation process.Discuss lifestyle changes, behavior modification, other tactics to improve ADHD symptoms. Initiate medications individualized to your needs and preferences if appropriate

    If medication is initiated, we schedule regular follow-ups to adjust dosage, monitor side effects, and assess the medication's effectiveness on your ADHD symptoms.

  • Regardless of your previous diagnosis, we will conduct a comprehensive evaluation of your ADHD journey and symptoms. This includes assessing other conditions like depression, anxiety, and binge eating. Before your first appointment, you will complete a set of questionnaires we send to your email.

    We also review past ADHD evaluations and diagnoses from your other medical providers. Through shared decision-making, we'll assess whether your current or past treatment plans aligns with your current needs and preferences.

  • We DO provide:

    *A letter confirming your ADHD diagnosis

    * Referral resources for school accommodation testing or disability assessments, typically conducted through psycho-educational evaluations by psychologists

    We DON’T provide:

    * Testing for school or work disabilities or accommodations

    * Letters for disabilities or accommodations

  • Self Pay or “Out of Network”

    Visit 1: $150

    Visit 2: $150

    Follow up visits: $80

    Lab work, medication, and other services are not included in these fees. You may use your insurance for these additional services.

    We provide a superbill for any out of network insurance benefits.
